about

my story

I got married in Vegas.

Yes, it was planned.

No, I wasn’t escaping anything.

And yes, it kicked every other wedding I’d been to in the butt.

(Okay, maybe not literally every wedding… but you get the idea.)

I’ve always loved weddings. The emotion, the chaos, the anticipation, the way two people can be surrounded by everyone they love and somehow still feel like it’s just the two of them.

But my own wedding taught me something:

A wedding doesn’t need to follow a formula to be meaningful.

It doesn’t need a giant guest list, a perfectly styled venue, or every detail copied from Pinterest.

It just needs to feel like you.

For me, that meant Vegas.

For someone else, it might mean exchanging vows on a cliff, running away somewhere new, or celebrating with their favourite people in a backyard.

Those are the stories I love to photograph.

in short, i’m the photographer for the couples who would rather eat pizza after their elopement, run away to a secluded cabin, or spend the day exploring somewhere new than spend months stressing over every tiny detail.

this doesn’t mean i don’t take my job seriously.

i’ll still be the calm person keeping an eye on the timeline, the one fixing your veil when the wind attacks, and the person encouraging you to sneak away for ten minutes because the sunset is too good to miss.
